When the stomach can be bloated and is it normal?

Women may notice abdominal distension a few days before the expected menstruation. Abdominal bloating can also occur due to overeating. Most people do not have such a flat stomach as the images in colorful newspapers suggest. The body reacts differently to the meals it receives and it may happen that we start to bloat even after an ordinary dinner. In this situation, a mint and chamomile infusion can help.

Especially stomachs meals rich in legumes (beans, peas), as well as some fruits (pears, apples, grapes). Some bloats also react to fat-carbohydrate foods, for example French fries or donuts.

Mint tea and camomile tea. Mint soothes digestive problems – it improves the work of the intestines, and additionally it works carmine, thanks to which it removes bloating faster. Chamomile, in turn, relaxes and relieves unpleasant abdominal pain. It is worth making a mint and chamomile infusion each time bloated by bloating.

Fennel is recommended even to infants. It is a plant that stimulates the secretion of gastric juice, thanks to which it improves digestion. In addition, the dill improves the intestinal function and alleviates too much fermentation occurring in the digestive tract.

Flatulence – what to give up?

Try to reduce fat-carbohydrate, fried foods. The fatter the meal, the more difficult to digest. As a result, you can bother with unpleasant pouring and bloating for a few hours. Try to steam or bake in the oven.

Leave dairy for some time. Many people suffer from lactose intolerance, and bloating after eating dairy is a disturbing signal. Give up milk products for a while and observe the body. If there is an improvement, you will probably have to exclude dairy products from your diet. If not, bloating can cause another element of your diet.

In addition to dairy products, it is also worth eliminating cruciferous vegetables from the diet, which may cause bloating (cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli). The elimination should be progressive – if you limit all products at the same time, you will not know what causes flatulence.
