It is important in the treatment of atherosclerosis and heart disease. Other vitamins contained in flax seeds are B group vitamins that are involved in the transformation of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. They help in the production of red blood cells and bone marrow formation. Minerals contained in flax seeds are magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc. 

2. Effect and impact on the body 

Linseed is used to relieve the symptoms of stomach and bipolar disorder. Connect them then you need with St. John’s wort, marshmallow root or the root of a medical kosher. Linseed is used by people who suffer from peptic ulcer disease. In the case of constipation or diarrhea, drinking linseed is a good solution. Regulates intestinal motility. 3. Linseed for slimming 

Linseed is a natural product that through its composition affects the entire body. It also supports the weight loss process. The fiber contained in it reduces the feeling of hunger, causing a feeling of fullness. It also helps detoxify the body, thanks to which fat burning proceeds more efficiently. Flaxseed also impairs the absorption of glucose in the digestive tract, thanks to which less tissue gets into the tissues and less can be stored. 

4. In what form should you eat them? 

Different forms of linseed are used for various ailments. In the case of diarrhea you can use them in the form of jelly, then 2-3 tablespoons of linseed are flooded with two glasses of water. Then it is boiled for 20 minutes on low heat. After cooking, the seeds are drained and the jelly itself is drunk. It should be drunk twice a day until the symptoms disappear. Drinking of the beans gives the expected results. An infusion of flaxseed is used to relieve irritation of the throat. 

Two teaspoons of linseed are poured over with warm water and boiled about 10 minutes. Grains ground or whole can be added to salads, yoghurts, bread. A valuable addition to salads is also linseed oil. When using flaxseed, observe how your body reacts, so at the beginning it is better to use them in smaller quantities. A large amount of fiber can cause diarrhea, then you need to reduce the amount of edible seed. 

It should also be borne in mind that linseed contains traces of hydrogen cyanide, which is active when the grains are ground. It is best to buy whole grains of flax, which we grind at home, because over time the healing properties of ground grains are reduced. It should also be remembered that the fat contained in the seeds may rancid.
