Professionals also make errors! Check which ones!

There are many advanced lovers of weightlifting at every professional gym. Despite the fact that their technique is at the highest level, they too often make mistakes! The following text illustrates several mistakes made by professional packers.

Trainers can be divided into three groups – beginners, intermediate and advanced. Each of these theoretical groups makes characteristic mistakes while doing the exercises. However, the sooner you notice what mistake you make – the quicker you can fix it and return to the correct muscle building.
.
The advanced ones also make mistakes.
The mere fact that a person qualifies for advanced gym goers, excludes the possibility of making basic mistakes related to exercise technique or ignorance. For beginners and for many intermediate people, increasing strength and muscle mass is quite easy. However, at this level, every kilogram more during “extrusion” – means a lot. The mistakes that advanced make are associated with thoughtless exercise caused by improving the results at any price. Below are a few of them.
.
“Something strangely hurts me – it’s definitely nothing like that.”
As you progress in gaining muscle mass, strength increases, and as a result, you increase the weight lifted to individual muscle groups. Larger weights = greater strain on muscles and joints. Ignoring joint pain may have very serious consequences, ranging from a few-week breaks to a total exercise ban. The mistake made by advanced is to disregard joint pain. Many people for whom the gym is a passion do not even want to think that it is necessary to stop in the exercises to fully regenerate the joints. These people are afraid of declines caused by downtime without looking at the consequences.
.
Exercise alone.
Of course, achieving very good results by practicing yourself is the most possible. However, it is much more difficult than in the case of exercises with a training partner. When exercising alone, you have to be careful about the choice of weight, so as not to lead to failure in “extrusion”. However, even pros are failing due to incorrect weight selection or weakening of the body on a given day. In this case, a training partner or belayer is necessary. The training partner will not only help in the event of failure. If he shares passions with you, he will give you a powerful dose of motivation while doing the exercises. Having “the side” of your training partner you are able to try to “squeeze” more weight – without fear of failure.
.
The training partner is invaluable when doing squats or bench pressings. It is also an ideal person who will help you to make droplets and negative repetitions. The only thing you need to remember – you must repay him with the same – help.
.
Ignoring the power of the mind.
.
By listening to your body you will learn more than you think. Following the voice of the mind you will become even more advanced. Instead of worrying about the number of repetitions and the selection of exercises, focus on muscular sensation and on generating a muscle pump.
.
With a greater variety of training, you will quickly discover new ways to get to know yourself. Do the exercises you hate to become a master in their performance over time. Try high intensity exercises or other exercises that you have never tried before. Only one hundred percent cognition of yourself will make you a real professional! Remember, everything “sits” in your head.
